Alsbridge, the Independent Advisors on Outsourcing, Shared Services and Offshoring, today publishes the findings from a recently completed Supplier Think-tank focused on the industry’s mainstream procurement process.
The findings suggest there is something very wrong with the traditional buying and contracting process, particularly in the more complex world of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).
